Sales Director
We are actively recruiting for a results oriented sales professional with a history of achievement to contribute to our rapidly growing organization. As a Sales Director, we are seeking a minimum of 8 years direct selling experience with some experience in the green building industry.
The primary role of this position is direct sales. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will need to thrive in a fast paced environment, be team oriented, and have a competitive nature. High energy, motivation, persistence, and tenacity are key attributes that are required for this position. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated history of achievement in relationship development, new business growth and exceeding quotas. We expect the selected candidate to provide robust lead generation through networking, cold calling and closing leads through company referrals.

Energy Engineer
We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Energy Engineer, 0-5 years experience. Tasks will include energy auditing, energy simulation modeling, LEED project participation, building commissioning participation and energy efficiency research and project development. Energy simulation modeling experience, building commissioning experience, engineering degree a plus, but not required. Must have knowledge of building systems and energy consumption issues.
